Terms of service
Last updated 22 Sept 2026
These terms cover your use of BillFlow. Plain language, and they mean what they say.
The service
BillFlow collects supplier invoices from Telegram chats you link, reads them with an AI model, shows you the result for review, and — once you approve it — creates a matching Bill in the QuickBooks company you connected.
Nothing reaches QuickBooks without your approval. The review step is the control point, and it is yours.
Your account
One person per workspace today. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.
You must be entitled to handle the invoices you upload, and to connect the QuickBooks company you connect.
Accuracy, and who checks it
AI extraction is good, not infallible. It can misread a number, a date or a name — especially on a bad photo. That is exactly why every invoice waits for your review before it syncs.
You are responsible for the figures you approve and for any tax declaration you file from them. BillFlow is a bookkeeping tool, not an accountant, and nothing it produces is tax advice.
Beta
BillFlow is currently free while in beta. Features may change and limits may appear. We will tell you before anything starts costing money, and you can leave at any time.
Availability
We aim to keep the service up and the data safe, but it is provided as is, without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us — which, during the beta, is nothing.
Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. The CSV export in Reports exists for that.
Ending it
Delete your account whenever you like, from Settings. We may suspend an account that is being used to break the law or to damage the service, and we will say why.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will say so in the portal before the change takes effect. The date at the top always tells you which version you are reading.
